What We've Actually Shipped, With the Numbers to Prove It.

These are real builds, migrations and fix passes, each with the problem we started from, what we did, and the before-and-after numbers from our own records. Our own websites are named. Client work is described by industry and region to protect their privacy. Nothing here is a projection, a stock logo or a borrowed stat.

The Work

Six Projects. Challenge, Work, Outcome.

ClientLegalWordPress to modern rebuild
A consumer lemon-law firm

A law-firm site rebuilt about 12 times lighter than the WordPress version it replaced.

The challenge

A content-heavy WordPress site whose pages weighed 2,742 KB, slowing every visit from people researching a legal problem.

What we did
  • Rebuilt the site on a modern, fast stack
  • Later moved about 99 hand-built static pages into one codebase with byte-identical URLs, so that move needed no redirects
  • Built full English and Spanish versions across roughly 450 static pages

Lighthouse Accessibility

Lighthouse SEO
100→100

Roughly 12 times lighter pages with higher performance and accessibility scores, on a codebase where one change reaches every page.

Honest note: in the same side-by-side Lighthouse run, the old site's caching plugin still loaded its main content faster (LCP 1.8s vs 2.7s). We lead with weight and scores, not LCP.

Our sitePublishing and ecommerceTechnical audit and fix pass

Mobile load time on blog posts cut from 6.0 seconds to 2.4.

The challenge

Blog post hero images up to 400 KB were loading as CSS backgrounds, pushing mobile Largest Contentful Paint to 6.0 seconds. A crawl also found 1,243 pages sharing the homepage's social preview tags.

What we did
  • Converted 14 hero images to WebP (3.2 MB down to 0.93 MB) and preloaded the hero
  • Gave every page its own social preview URL and tags
  • Fixed broken internal links and cleared two high-severity dependency vulnerabilities

Lighthouse 98 to 100 across the tested pages after the fix pass, and zero broken links across 2,689 internal links.

Our sitePublishingTechnical audit and fix pass

A 7,474-page site audited end to end and fixed in one pass.

The challenge

The site had outgrown its original plan: a homepage error broke its stat counters, most of the main menu was invisible to crawlers, thousands of directory pages pointed their canonical tags at the wrong URL, and one 670 KB banner slowed the whole church directory.

What we did
  • Fixed the homepage rendering error so the stats show correctly on first load
  • Made the full navigation crawlable, reconnecting pages that had no other path in
  • Set self-referencing canonical and social URLs on 5,861 church pages and 62 other pages
  • Compressed the shared directory banner and removed leftover store code and emails

The three critical findings, plus the live-email and form-security issues, were fixed and shipped the same day as the audit.

ClientCommercial and residential AVWordPress migration
An Inland Empire AV integrator

A full site migration with zero 404s and zero email downtime.

The challenge

Moving off WordPress meant restructuring nested service URLs that Google had already indexed, without touching the company's Microsoft 365 email.

What we did
  • Mapped every old URL, including legacy slugs WordPress never listed in its sitemap, to its new page with 301 redirects
  • Kept all 12 blog posts on their exact original URLs
  • Checked every page for a unique title and meta description before launch
  • Changed only the two website DNS records, leaving every email record untouched
The numbers

Old sitemap URLs returning 404
0

The final re-audit found zero 404s across every old sitemap URL, and email kept flowing through the cutover.

Honest note: two legacy URLs that WordPress served outside its sitemap surfaced after launch. We re-crawled the old site, found two more, and redirected all four.

ClientHome servicesSite rebuild and search-term pass
A Las Vegas fireplace, glass and doors company

Search Console data turned into 63 page edits, approved and live in one round.

The challenge

The rebuilt site was live, and three months of Search Console data showed search terms its service pages could match far more closely.

What we did
  • Rebuilt the service pages and 25 service-area city pages on one shared, consistent layout
  • Matched 13 high-value pages to real search terms from three months of Search Console data
  • Added FAQ sections and fixed cross-links between related services
  • Sent every change for approval as a before-and-after document before it shipped

All 13 pages passed our pre-publish checks and went live after one approval round.

Ranking impact is being measured against the same search terms about four weeks after launch. We will add the numbers here when they are in, not before.

ClientLegalTrilingual site rebuild
A South Florida trial-law firm

A 219-URL law-firm site rebuilt in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole.

The challenge

The firm needed a site that serves clients in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole, plus focused landing pages for its ad campaigns.

What we did
  • Rebuilt the site in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole with proper language tags for search engines
  • Organized practice areas into clear hub-and-spoke sections
  • Built 10 focused ad landing pages and refreshed 24 blog posts
  • Ran a state bar advertising-rule compliance sweep across the site
  • Packaged a full handoff for the firm's own developers

How We Work

Measure First, Then Show You the After.

Every project above started the same way: a baseline measured before we touched anything, the fixes ranked by impact, and the after numbers reported whether they flattered us or not. That is how we run website rebuilds, SEO retainers, conversion fixes, accessibility work, multilingual sites and AI implementation. If you want your own baseline, compare our audits or start with the free one.

Questions

Results FAQ

Are these numbers real?

Yes. Every figure on this page comes from our own audit and build records: Lighthouse runs, crawls, redirect maps and Search Console exports. Where a result was mixed, like a caching plugin still beating our load time on one metric, we say so on the case itself.

Why are some client names hidden?

We name our own websites and describe client work by industry and region unless the client has approved being named. Your results are your business. On a consultation we can walk you through the work in more detail.

How do you measure site speed?

We use Google Lighthouse, the same engine behind PageSpeed Insights, on mobile and desktop, before and after the work. We report the real scores at handoff rather than promising a score in advance, because content and integrations affect the result.

Do you guarantee results like these?

No. Speed, rankings and leads depend on your content, market, competition and platforms. What we commit to is doing the work, measuring it honestly, and showing you the before and after numbers.

Why are there no ad or lead-generation case studies here?

Because we only publish numbers we can verify from our own records. As campaign results come in and clients approve sharing them, we will add them. Until then, the free audit is the best proof: we open your accounts and show you what we see, live.

Can you do this for my website?

Start with the free live audit. We look at your site and accounts together, show you what is slow, broken or leaking, and tell you honestly whether a rebuild, a fix pass or nothing at all is the right call.
