Email the People Who Asked to Hear From You. Nobody Else.
Email marketing, the way we do it, means writing to your own customers and subscribers: people who bought from you, booked with you, or signed up and said yes. We build and run the newsletter, the automations that send themselves (welcome, reminders, win-back), the review requests after each job, and the list care that keeps your mail out of the spam folder. We do not send cold email, buy lists or scrape addresses, for you or anyone else.

The Problem
Your Best Leads Are Already on Your List.
Most businesses collect emails at checkout, on a booking form or at the front desk, then never use them, or blast the whole list the same message when they remember to. Past customers are usually the cheapest people to bring back, because they already know you. These are the leaks we see most.
01
A list that just sits there
Hundreds or thousands of past customers, and the last email they got was a receipt.
02
One blast to everyone
The same message to a first-time buyer and a ten-year regular. Both learn to ignore you.
03
No follow-up after the first visit
A new customer hears nothing until they have already forgotten you, and the second visit never happens.
04
Reviews nobody asked for
Happy customers rarely leave a review unless someone asks, at the right moment, with a direct link.
05
Mail landing in spam
Missing domain authentication and old, unengaged addresses drag down delivery for everyone on the list.
06
Unsubscribes that do not work
A broken opt-out is a legal problem and a spam-complaint magnet. It is also an easy fix.
What We Do
Opt-In Email, Built and Run for You.
Every message goes to someone who gave you their address and agreed to hear from you. You approve the copy before anything goes out in your name.
Newsletters people open
A short, useful email on a steady schedule: a seasonal tip, a new service, an event. Written for your customers, not as a sales flyer.
Welcome series
A few emails after someone signs up or buys for the first time, so they know what to expect and come back.
Reminders and repeat visits
Emails timed to when a customer is usually due again: a service interval, a seasonal check, a renewal.
Win-back for lapsed customers
A short, honest sequence to people who have not been back in a while, with a real reason to return.
Review requests
An email or text to every customer after the job, with a direct link to your review page. Run through our AI Reputation Management.
List hygiene and compliance
Consent records kept, opt-outs honored, bounced and long-inactive addresses cleaned out, and your sending domain authenticated.
The Process
Audit the List. Then Write.
Free live auditWe look at where your emails come from, what consent you have, and what you send today, live on a call.
Clean up and set upYour list and its opt-in records come over, the sending domain gets authenticated, and the unsubscribe path is tested.
First automationUsually a win-back or welcome flow first, because it pays back fastest. You approve every email.
Run and reportNewsletters and automations run monthly, with a plain report on opens, clicks, replies and unsubscribes.
The Line We Do Not Cross
This Is Not Cold Email. Not Now, Not Ever.
Cold outreach to strangers, bought lists and scraped addresses can burn your domain's reputation and bury your real customer emails in spam. We do not offer it as a service. If someone did not give you their address and agree to hear from you, we do not email them.
Every send includes your business name, a valid postal address and a working one-click unsubscribe, and opt-outs are honored promptly. Under the federal CAN-SPAM Act, opt-outs must be honored within 10 business days.
Subject lines and sender names say plainly who it is from and what it is about. No fake “Re:” threads or misleading headers.
Your sending domain is authenticated, which major inbox providers like Gmail and Yahoo now expect from businesses that send in volume.
Texts follow stricter consent rules than email. We only text customers who opted in to texts, and we keep that consent on record.
For med spas, dental offices and other health businesses, treatment details stay out of marketing emails by default. See our med spa and dental pages.
Proof
Careful With Your Mail. Careful With Your Pages.
We have not published an email marketing case study yet, and we will not borrow one. These are real builds from our results that show how we handle the parts email depends on: email records left untouched through a site move, every change approved before it ships, and fast pages for the people your emails send over.

Pricing
Runs on UrVeedaOS. Scoped on a Free Consult.
Email marketing runs on UrVeedaOS, the same system that holds your contacts, follow-up and reviews. Every email program is scoped on a free consultation, sized to your list, your consent records and how much you want to send, and you get the scope and price in writing before anything starts.
What sets the scope: list size and condition, how many automations, how often you send, and whether SMS is included.
Prefer to start smaller? The free live audit tells you whether a win-back flow alone is worth it first. Book the free consultation.
No. We only email people who gave your business their address and agreed to hear from you, such as customers, past customers and subscribers. We do not buy lists, scrape addresses or run cold outreach for anyone. It hurts deliverability for your real customer emails and it is not how we want to represent your business.
What does CAN-SPAM require of a business newsletter?
In short: honest sender information and subject lines, a valid physical postal address, a clear way to opt out, and opt-outs honored within 10 business days. It also says you stay responsible even when someone else sends on your behalf. We build every send to meet those requirements. This is a summary, not legal advice.
Why are my emails going to spam?
Usually a mix of three things: the sending domain is not authenticated, the list has a lot of old or bounced addresses, and people are marking messages as spam because they do not remember signing up. We fix the authentication, clean the list, and send content people actually expect from you.
How often should a small business email its customers?
Often enough that customers remember you, and never more often than you have something useful to say. For most local businesses that means a monthly newsletter plus automations that only send when something happens, like a first purchase, a due date or a long gap since the last visit.
Can we ask only happy customers for reviews?
No. Google's policies do not allow filtering review requests so that only satisfied customers are asked. We send the request to every customer after the job and help you reply well to every review, good or bad.
Can you use the email list we already have?
Yes, if the people on it agreed to hear from you. During setup we check where the addresses came from. Contacts with clear consent come over; addresses with no consent behind them are left out, even if that makes the list smaller.
The Fine Print
Results are not guaranteed. Open, click and return rates depend on your list, your offer, your industry and how often customers buy.
We only send to contacts with consent on record. Cold email, purchased lists and scraped addresses are not offered.
Compliance notes on this page summarize federal rules and inbox provider requirements in plain English. We are not a law firm, and this is not legal advice.
UrVeedaOS usage (email, SMS, voice, AI features) is billed in addition to the subscription. Complimentary credits expire each monthly cycle and do not roll over.
