Industries / Med Spas

Your ads get likes. Your consult calendar stays half empty.

Las Vegas has a med spa in nearly every new shopping center from Summerlin to Henderson, and most of them market the same way: broad Instagram ads, a discount when the calendar dips, and very little follow-up once a client has been in. We point your spend at people already searching for a treatment, make booking a consult fast on a phone, and keep past clients coming back on their own schedule.

Sound familiar?

Where the leads leak.

These are the gaps we see most often in the marketing of med spas, aesthetic clinics and wellness practices. The free live audit shows which ones are costing you the most.

  1. 01Broad social ads that never book.A beauty and wellness audience is huge and mostly browsing. Reach and clicks look good in a report while the consult calendar stays thin.
  2. 02Discounts that train clients to wait.A new-client special with no plan behind it fills one week with deal-seekers and teaches the area to hold out for the next promotion.
  3. 03The ready-to-book search goes to someone else.People typing "Botox Henderson" or "lip filler Summerlin" have already decided. If your profile and pages are not there, a competitor's are.
  4. 04Booking a consult takes too many taps.A slow page, a generic contact form and a callback tomorrow. Every extra step on a phone is a client who books somewhere else.
  5. 05Clients drift between treatments. Most aesthetic treatments repeat on a schedule. Without a reminder around the time a client is due, they often rebook wherever they see an ad first.
  6. 06Reviews are thin or out of date.People are trusting a provider with their face. A handful of old reviews loses to the practice down the street that asks every client.

Work we have shipped

Real work, described plainly.

We have not published a med spa case study yet, and we will not borrow one. These are real builds from our results page, and the work carries straight over: pages that load fast on a phone, local search pages matched to what Las Vegas customers actually type, and sites that are easier for everyone to use.

Our own sites are named. Client work is anonymized and client screenshots are blurred.

Mobile load time on blog posts cut from 6.0 seconds to 2.4.

Most consult requests start on a phone. A page that takes six seconds to load loses people before they see your providers.

A consumer lemon-law firm

A law-firm site rebuilt about 12 times lighter than the WordPress version it replaced.

  • Page weight2,742 KB to 225 KB
  • Lighthouse Accessibility86 to 95

Honest note: in the same side-by-side Lighthouse run, the old site's caching plugin still loaded its main content faster (LCP 1.8s vs 2.7s). We lead with weight and scores, not LCP.

Questions

What owners ask us first.

What marketing works best for a Las Vegas med spa?

Start where the intent already is: people searching for a specific treatment in your area. A complete Google Business Profile, treatment pages that match those searches, and ads on specific treatment terms usually book more consults than broad awareness ads. After that, reviews and reminders to past clients keep the calendar full without paying for every visit again.

Should my med spa run discounts to get new clients?

Only with a plan behind them. A tight introductory offer on one service, for new clients, with follow-up after the first visit, can work. A blanket discount with no follow-up tends to attract one-time visitors and teaches the market to wait for the next sale.

Are there rules for med spa ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google?

Yes. The ad platforms restrict certain health and cosmetic claims, before-and-after imagery and targeting, and the rules change over time. We write ads to stay within the current platform policies, and your medical director or compliance lead approves any claim about a treatment before it runs. We do not promise treatment results in ads or on your site.

Is your patient communication HIPAA compliant?

We do not sell HIPAA compliance, and we will not guarantee it. When reminders or intake touch patient information, we set them up inside the systems and agreements your practice already uses and that your compliance lead approves, and we keep treatment details out of marketing emails and texts by default.

How do we get more Google reviews without being pushy?

Ask every client, every time, with a short text or email soon after the visit and a direct link to your review page. Asking everyone matters: Google's policies do not allow filtering requests so only happy clients are asked. Then reply to every review, good or bad, in a calm and human voice.

What does med spa marketing with you cost?

Each core service page lists its starting price, and AI builds are scoped to your practice on a free consultation. The free live audit comes first, so you know what you need before you spend anything.
